Developed a multidisciplinary team with representatives from the Santa Ana Police Department, County of Orange, Social Services Agency (SSA), Children’s Hospital of Orange County (CHOC), Kaiser Permanente, and the University of California, Irvine, School of Medicine to perform community and partner presentations on child abuse assessment, diagnosis and referral.

Developed an annual two-day accredited maltreatment conference which provides continuing education for more than 200 local professionals. In a post-conference survey, more than 99 percent of respondents reported that they will apply what they learned in their daily work.

Created a fully virtual and online accessible bimonthly Child Maltreatment Training Series that provides continuing education credits for professionals.
